The trendmill meditation does not utilise many resources as one is limited to settling at a particular place while they meditate on different encounters of their lives while the outdoor uses the resources fully as one can walk from one place to another while they use different things.

One is able to control the rate at which they age while they rely on the meditation classes which are very important in reducing too much stress.
